Silver Brut Nature centres on Pinot Noir and a clear choice: no dosage after disgorgement. André Clouet presents it as a dry, pure and light expression supported by delicate mousse. Its balance draws on reserve wines held in tank alongside maturation on the lees in bottle. The cuvée therefore interprets the substance of the variety without a final sugar addition, giving particular prominence to freshness and the texture of its effervescence. It is one of the house's core labels, dedicated to a direct and precise expression of Pinot Noir in Champagne.
