Description
Un Jour de 1911 is André Clouet's tribute to the Belle Époque, inspired by old bottles rediscovered in the family cellars. Behind the antique-style label is Pinot Noir from Bouzy, built from several harvests and reserve wines maintained through a perpetual system. Barrel work and extended lees maturation are central to its identity. The house highlights the relationship between richness, complexity and finesse, supported by lively freshness. The reference to the past therefore also expresses a patient, layered approach to Champagne, bringing together the character of Bouzy and the contribution of long maturation.
