Description

The Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero Rosé from Andrea Arici – Colline della Stella is a Franciacorta DOCG made entirely from Pinot Noir. It is vinified with zero dosage and spends a minimum of 24 months on the lees in bottle, contributing to a dry profile and fine perlage. Aromas and flavors show red berry fruit, toasty/yeasty notes and a mineral drive linked to Gussago’s calcareous soils. The palate is marked by lively acidity and a saline finish, offering a vertical, precise drinking experience.
