Description

Made by Anthonij Rupert, this 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced mainly from vineyards in Franschhoek and is produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. The nose shows floral and blackcurrant notes followed by spices, tobacco leaf and cedar; the palate is silky, layered and supported by refined tannins. The wine underwent extended oak ageing (around 24 months, c.60% new French oak) and additional bottle maturation before release.
