Aurata explores Chardonnay through Oregon's cool growing conditions, seeking intensity supported by the grapes' naturally high acidity. Antica Terra describes allowing the fruit to ripen until the skins turn golden and the seeds are fully brown, followed by slow pressing and development in barrel.
