Saignée de Bisseuil Extra Brut is a rosé Champagne from Antoine Bouvet grown in Bisseuil in the Vallée de la Marne. The cuvée is made by the saignée method from 100% Pinot Noir and released with very low dosage (Extra Brut / Brut Nature). It shows a coral-pink hue and typically displays red-berry aromas with a subtle mineral thread reflecting its Premier Cru terroir.
