Description

A vintage Champagne from Antoine Chevalier, Carkonia Extra Brut 2019 is a Blanc de Blancs made entirely from Chardonnay grown in the Coteaux Vitryats (Vitry‑en‑Perthois and nearby communes). Dry and focused, it typically shows white‑flower and citrus aromas with subtle toasty (brioche) notes and a fine, persistent mousse. The wine is parcel‑driven, vinified to showcase the chalky terroir and released in limited editions.
