Description

Antolini’s Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore 2022 is a red wine produced using the ripasso technique on Amarone pomace in the Valpolicella Classica (Marano di Valpolicella, San Pietro in Cariano, Negrar). It is made from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, providing structure, lively acidity and soft tannins. The nose shows red berry aromas (cherry, raspberry) and sweet spice with hints of vanilla; the palate is enveloping, fresh and finishes dry.
