Description

A red wine made from Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso grown in the Colli Orientali del Friuli area. Aromas of wild berries, violets and subtle spice lead to a structured, tannic palate. Winemaking features spontaneous fermentation and roughly 12 months ageing in French oak, followed by bottle maturation. Pairs well with roasted meats, game and mushroom-based dishes.
