Description

The Valtellina Superiore Grumello “Buon Consiglio” 2018 from Ar.Pe.Pe is a red wine made entirely from Chiavennasca (Nebbiolo) grown on the Grumello terraces. Vinification includes extended maceration and prolonged aging in vats and large wooden casks (about 42 months), contributing to the wine’s structure and complexity. As a territorial expression of Valtellina Nebbiolo, it shows a balance of concentration, acidity and tannins and pairs well with meat dishes and aged cheeses.
