Description

A single‑variety Frappato red from Arianna Occhipinti’s Fossa di Lupo single-vineyard near Vittoria (RG), classified as Terre Siciliane IGT. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts, followed by an extended skin maceration of about 20 days and ageing in concrete tanks. The wines come from bush-trained (alberello) vines on sandy‑calcareous soils, with an average vine age of around 20 years.
