Armando Parusso's Barolo Mariondino (2021) is a Barolo DOCG made from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Mariondino locality of Castiglione Falletto. The winery uses extended maceration and ageing in small oak barrels to develop the Nebbiolo's structure and aromatic complexity. The wine shows red fruit and spice aromas and an even, persistent palate, well suited to red meats and aged cheeses.
