Description

Arnaldo Caprai’s Montefalco Sagrantino 25 Anni is a Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG made exclusively from Sagrantino grapes grown in the estate’s Umbrian vineyards. The wine is matured for about 24 months in barrique followed by at least 8 months in bottle and shows a deep ruby color with aromas of dark fruit, spice and balsamic hints. On the palate it is structured, with refined tannins and lasting persistence, suitable with roasted meats and game. The 25 Anni bottling was first produced in 1993 to mark the winery’s anniversary.
