Arnaud Baillot's Corton Grand Cru Le Rognet comes from the lieu-dit of that name on the hill of Corton, in the Côte de Beaune. Pinot Noir from sustainable farming, fermented in steel, aged in oak and bottled unfiltered. The 2023 combines body and finesse, with red fruits, cocoa, coffee and velvety tannins.
