Arnaud Baillot's Echézeaux comes from one of the best-known grands crus of the Côte de Nuits, between Flagey-Echézeaux and Vosne-Romanée. Pinot Noir from carefully selected bunches, bottled without final filtration. The 2024 is elegant and layered, with small red fruits, herbal and dried-mushroom notes and a freshness that lightens the structure.
