Arnaud Baillot's Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Referts comes from a premier cru bordering Meursault, on east-facing limestone that favours slow ripening. The Chardonnay ferments in barriques and rests on its fine lees for at least a year. The 2024 is rich and balanced, with yellow flowers, ripe pear, citrus and toasted nuts.
