Arnaud Ente’s Bourgogne Aligoté is a regional white from Burgundy made from the Aligoté grape. Only small plantings of Aligoté are used in the domaine's Bourgogne-level cuvées; in some vintages the fruit comes from very old vines and the wine has seen extended élevage in neutral oak. The wine is labelled under the Bourgogne Aligoté appellation (regional AOP).
