The 2017 Bourgogne Chardonnay from Arnaud Ente is a regional Bourgogne bottling made primarily from Chardonnay. Domaine Arnaud Ente, based in Meursault, is certified organic and has implemented élevage techniques aimed at fruit purity (including glass-vessel ageing). In the 2017 vintage the Bourgogne cuvée sources fruit from parcels in Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault.
