Arnaud Lambert's Les Perrières is a Saumur Blanc made from Chenin grown in Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg. Clay-limestone soils provide the cuvée's foundation, while maturation combines barrels and large foudres. The use of different vessels accompanies the expression of this Loire vineyard. The estate was founded by Yves Lambert in 1996; Arnaud joined him in 2005, continuing a project centred on individual origins. The wine is served between twelve and fourteen degrees and pairs with mussels in almond butter or goat cheeses, offering a food-oriented expression of Saumur Chenin.
