A light-structured red from the El Dorado hills in the Sierra Foothills. Aromas of rose petal, sage, mint and red berry notes are complemented by a subtle herbaceous character. On the palate it is bright and nimble, with lively acidity and moderate tannins that support an easy-drinking profile. Best served slightly chilled alongside dishes that are not overly rich.
