Description

Artemis Karamolegos Pyritis 2024 is a Santorini white wine made from 100% Assyrtiko grown on three selected plots in Pyrgos and Megalochori. It is fermented in stainless steel and aged for over 12 months on the lees with regular bâtonnage, followed by four months of bottle aging before release. The bouquet shows mineral and ripe stone-fruit notes; the palate is generous, saline and finishes long with mineral persistence.
