Description

Ascesa’s Valtellina Superiore Riserva “Contrada Moroni” 2019 is a DOCG red wine made from 100% Nebbiolo grown in the Moroni locality of Sondrio at roughly 660–690 m elevation. It is fermented spontaneously and aged about 24 months in wood (barriques and tonneaux), showing red fruit aromas, floral hints and subtle spice with a vibrant, persistent palate. The wine is released as a Riserva under the Valtellina Superiore DOCG.
