Description

Produced by Athénaïs (Château de Béru), this Bourgogne Chardonnay 2016 is an AOC Bourgogne made from Chardonnay grown in the Yonne department, notably around Saint-Bris on Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and gently, slowly pressed; vinification and ageing are carried out without additives and include about 18 months in stainless steel. The cuvée belongs to the Les vins d’Athénaïs range, developed in partnership with growers practising organic or biodynamic viticulture.
