The Forcieres Nature 2019 from Aurélien Lurquin is a vintage Champagne from a single plot in Romery, in the Vallée de la Marne. It is offered as a non‑dosé Blanc de Noirs (Brut Nature / Brut Zéro), fermented with native yeasts and aged in barrels for several months. Production is very limited and the wine is presented as a pure expression of the local Pinot Noir.
