Description

Aurélien Verdet Chambolle-Musigny is a Côte de Nuits Pinot Noir with a floral character and a full, rounded texture. The cuvée forms part of the work of the Arcenant-based producer, who follows partner vineyards during the growing season and manages harvesting, winemaking and bottling. Picking is carried out by hand; cellar intervention is restrained, and fermentations rely primarily on indigenous yeasts. Maturation takes place in oak barrels, with measured use of new wood to accompany the fruit without dominating its expression.
