Aurélien Verdet Nuits-Saint-Georges is a Côte de Nuits Pinot Noir combining dark fruit, light smoky nuances and a velvety texture. The cuvée belongs to the range of the producer based in Arcenant in the Hautes-Côtes. Grapes are harvested by hand; in the cellar, fermentation relies primarily on indigenous yeasts and intervention is restrained. Maturation follows in oak barrels, with measured use of new wood. The profile retains a clearly defined structure, accompanied by the supple texture of the fruit on the palate.
