Union Grand Cru brings together two family origins within Domaine Aurore Casanova: Chardonnay from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Pinot Noir from Puisieulx. Their meeting connects the Côte des Blancs with the Montagne de Reims and expresses Aurore and Jean-Baptiste's shared project. Reserve wines are also included, giving the cuvée a dimension beyond a single harvest. The estate works according to biodynamic principles and pays close attention to its vines. Union emphasizes breadth and complexity, showing how two vineyard origins can interact within one blend while retaining the distinct identities that each contributes to the wine.
