Avignonesi Desiderio 2021 is a single-variety Merlot classified as Toscana IGT and produced by the Tuscan estate Avignonesi. It shows a full-bodied structure with aromas of ripe red fruit and floral hints, together with spicy and licorice notes on the palate. Tannins are firm and the wine displays lasting persistence, suitable for near-term drinking as well as further short- to mid-term aging.
