AYALA Brut Majeur is the maison’s non-vintage cuvée from the Champagne region of France. The multi-cru blend is Chardonnay-led (about 55%), complemented by Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier (around 30% and 15%). It shows a fresh, citrus- and white-fruit-driven profile with delicate bubbles and a balanced, elegant structure.
