Description

Ayala’s Brut Majeur Extra Age is a non-vintage Champagne (Champagne AOC) blended from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The cuvée undergoes extended lees ageing (about 48 months) and a low dosage (around 7 g/L), emphasising both freshness and depth. Aromas of citrus, ripe pear and brioche are complemented on the palate by a mineral tension and a rounded, structured finish.
