The 2022 Gevrey-Chambertin “En Champs” from Maison Aymon (Nicolas Protin) is a red wine from the Gevrey-Chambertin appellation in the Côte de Nuits, Burgundy. Largely fermented whole-cluster and matured in barrels for about 10–12 months, it shows red fruit, gentle spice and a lively acidity. Made from Pinot Noir, the cuvée is produced in very small quantities.
