The Pommard 1er Cru 2022 from Maison Aymon (Nicolas Protin) is a red wine from the Pommard Premier Cru appellation made from Pinot Noir. It is sourced from premier-cru parcels on the central Pommard slope and is vinified with minimal intervention to showcase the terroir. Barrel maturation is used to balance the appellation’s firm tannic structure with freshness and focused aromatics.
