Description
Carma Toscana IGT Rosso is produced by Az. Agricola La Pesa di Sotto, based in Radda in Chianti. It is made from a blend of Sangiovese (95%) and Canaiolo (5%) from the estate vineyards. Vinification takes place in steel and cement tanks with about four weeks of maceration and malolactic fermentation; the wine is then aged in French oak barrels for approximately 24 months before bottling.
