Description

The Giribaldi Barolo Ravera 2017 is a Barolo D.O.C.G. made from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Ravera cru in the municipality of Novello. Vinification is traditional, with extended maceration and more than two years of oak ageing; the wine shows red fruit aromas and subtle spice, with elegant tannins and balanced structure on the palate. It pairs well with red meats, game and hearty, slow-cooked dishes.
