Description

Paolo Giordano Langhe Nebbiolo comes from the family project established in Perno, a hamlet of Monforte d'Alba, after the producer moved from industrial work into winegrowing. It has accompanied the Barolo since the estate's earliest vinifications, maintaining a close connection with local Nebbiolo. Fermentation uses indigenous yeasts, with maceration adapted to the fruit and a period in wood before bottling. The importer describes freshness and finesse. It is a more direct expression of the project, supported by the same artisanal attention given to wines following a longer maturation path.
