Description

Philine Isabelle's Barolo Preda comes from its namesake geographical mention in Barolo, between Cannubi and Vignane. Nebbiolo grows on deep marl over a limestone base, with a sandy component. The producer combines agronomic training with biodynamic practices, paying particular attention to soil health and canopy management. Grapes are destemmed and fermentation begins spontaneously, while extraction favours gentle handling and observation of the fruit. Maturation supports the pursuit of a finely woven, fresh and precise wine, reflecting a small project that has found its centre in the vineyards of the Langhe.
