Dolcetto d'Alba belongs to the original core of Philine Isabelle's project in the Langhe. Its grapes come from Diano d'Alba vineyards linked to her collaboration with Luigi and Massimo Veglio, an ongoing relationship that builds familiarity with the parcels over successive harvests. Born in Germany, Philine gained experience across Germany, Austria and Italy before establishing her cellar in Monforte d'Alba. Her approach prioritises soil vitality, observation of the vine and restrained handling. This Dolcetto connects the project with one of the area's historic varieties within a small-scale, artisanal production.
