Philine Isabelle's Langhe Nebbiolo comes from the Castagni area of La Morra, on deep calcareous marl with a sandy component. An ongoing relationship with the growers tending these parcels allows the producer to follow the fruit's development over time. In the cellar, destemming and spontaneous fermentation accompany a gentle approach to extraction, with vessels and timings adapted to each harvest's material. The project prioritises freshness, precision and fine texture, placing Langhe Nebbiolo at the centre through restrained handling and particular attention to the health and vitality of the vineyard.
