Le Village is Pierre Baillette’s entry cuvée, made from grapes in Trois-Puits (Montagne de Reims) and labeled as a Premier Cru. It is an Extra Brut non-vintage blend of the three main Champagne grape varieties. The wine aims to express the mineral character of the Trois-Puits terroir while retaining vibrancy and freshness.
