Bajta Salež’s Terrano comes from the Trieste Karst, where Refosco grown in this particular environment takes the name Terrano. The cuvée is destemmed by hand and vinified as a red wine, retaining its connection with the grape and limestone soils of red earth. The profile suggests red berries and direct fruit, accompanied by a dry style and a characteristic thread of acidity. The cellar is carved into rock, with stable temperatures and natural ventilation. This setting supports an interpretation rooted in the agricultural tradition of Sales.
