Description

Banfi Summus 2020 is a Super Tuscan Toscana IGT produced by Banfi at the Castello Banfi estate in Tuscany. The 2020 bottling is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah; fermentation takes place in combined stainless-steel and French oak tanks, and the wine is aged in 350 L French oak barrels for about 18 months. It shows a full structure with intense red fruit, spice and toasted notes, and a reported alcohol level of approximately 14.5%.
