Description
Barbeito Sercial Madeira Frasqueira MEF is a fortified white wine from the Madeira D.O.P., made predominantly from Sercial grapes grown in the Seixal area of Madeira. The Frasqueira bottling reflects extended ageing in casks and in specialized warehouses (MEF), which impart structure and a saline-mineral tension. Aromas show layered notes of citrus, dried fruit, spice and caramel/resin, while the palate is dry, sharply acidic and finishes long.
