Description

La Jancélie is a cuvée from Champagne producer Barrat‑Masson based in Villenauxe‑la‑Grande. The blended version is made mainly from Pinot Noir with Chardonnay, and there is also a Blanc de Blancs made entirely from Chardonnay; the blend shows a slight rosé tint. For La Jancélie the wines are fermented in barrels and aged on fine lees for about nine months before bottling. The cuvée is offered as Brut Nature and the estate follows certified organic viticulture.
