Description
Haut Roc Blanquant is the third wine of Château Bélair-Monange in the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellation. Its name, meaning high white rock, comes from a historic parcel and highlights the vineyard’s limestone geology. The estate combines plateau sites with slopes of blue clay over limestone. Grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in concrete and stainless-steel vats with measured extraction before French-oak maturation. The selection for Haut Roc Blanquant favours lively fruit and a supple structure, offering an approachable expression of the property’s character that can be appreciated while the wine is still young.
