Sourced from the 'Le Veau' parcel in the Quarts-de-Chaume terroir (Anjou Noir), it shows mineral character, pronounced acidity and lasting persistence. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in wood, the wine gains structure while retaining the grape’s fresh expression.
