Description

Uccellanda connects Bellavista’s still white wine with a terraced vineyard in the municipality of Corte Franca. Here Chardonnay grows among large olive trees on deep morainic soils containing gravel and clay. The east-facing vineyard belongs to a landscape whose terraces follow the hillside, giving the site a particularly recognisable identity. The wine reflects the estate’s interest in individual vineyard expression alongside its work on Franciacorta cuvées. At its heart is the relationship between grape variety, exposure and soil, explored through this Chardonnay selection and its distinct place of origin.
