Description

Bellavista’s Franciacorta Pas Operé 2020 is a vintage Metodo Classico from the Franciacorta DOCG, released as a Dosage Zero/Extra Brut. The cuvée is based mainly on Chardonnay (about 80%) with Pinot Noir (about 20%), and the wine spends on average 40 months on the lees in bottle. It shows very fine perlage, lively acidity and a pronounced mineral character that defines its palate.
