Bellavista’s Franciacorta Rosé 2020 brings together Chardonnay and Pinot Noir through careful selection of the base wines. Some batches mature in small oak vessels before blending and the subsequent cellar journey. The cuvée shows delicate pink shades and pale foam, with persistent bubbles. Aromas recall cherry blossom and hibiscus, pomegranate and small red berries. The palate is full and dry, with freshness accompanying the substance of the fruit without becoming harsh. This balance of delicacy and structure is central to the producer’s interpretation of its vintage rosé.
