Description

Bellavista’s Satèn 2020 is made entirely from Chardonnay grown in high hillside vineyards. Bunch selection and maturation of part of the wine in small oak casks prepare the blend, followed by an extended period in the cellar. In the glass, its straw-yellow colour accompanies generous foam and very fine bubbles. Aromas suggest pink flowers, ripe citrus and hazelnut. These impressions continue on the palate, where a smooth, creamy texture brings ripe sensations into balance with freshness, defining the delicate character of this vintage Franciacorta.
