Benanti’s Pietra Marina Etna Bianco Superiore 2021 comes from vineyards on the slopes of Mount Etna, notably around Milo. It is made from 100% Carricante, displaying mineral-driven character and saline notes typical of volcanic soils. Extended aging on fine lees adds texture, complexity and ageing potential.
